Patient and Resident Success

Pleased with Quality Care

When my husband informed me I needed to go to a nursing and rehabilitation center, I was so scared and upset, but he assured me he would get me the best rehab available. My husband toured Brigham Manor and found the place wonderful. The staff was caring and genuine. The facility provided nursing and rehabilitation services that were not in an institution-like setting such as the others he had visited. He was also impressed that, while inquiring via phone, he was told he could stop by anytime to tour, and an appointment was not needed. This impressed my husband because other facilities wanted to schedule one.

I can't say enough about the staff. They are fantastic. They never run out of patience with my call bell use and many fussy requests. This is not just a job to them. I have even seen some CNAs bring in special grooming appliances and purchase with their own money powders favored by the residents because they know it would help the resident feel better. I also have to add: I have received more rehab here than I did at another facility that specializes in rehab. The Rehab Department works hard at making you work hard.

When I got sick and needed rehab again, I didn't have to worry about where I would go this time. Brigham Manor was the only choice.

If there is a need to be in a nursing or rehab center, I can only hope you're in a facility such as Brigham Manor. Their rehab team will get you home, and the nursing makes you feel like you're home.

From the Wife of a Resident

I would like to make you aware of the wonderful, compassionate care my husband received from the staff on the second floor at Brigham Manor in Newburyport. The dedication of the entire staff is remarkable. They not only cared for my husband but gave support to the entire family.

I will forever be grateful to these angels of mercy.
